Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us!

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:

  • You change your mind.

  • The product is not suitable for you.

  • You made an incorrect selection or measured incorrectly.

  • You did not read or review the product description.

  • You purchased the product more than once.

  • The product is incompatible with your existing products.

  • You have received a similar or identical product as a gift.

  • There are delays with the delivery by the freight company.

  • You find the product cheaper or on sale elsewhere, or through us.

We understand that this may be disappointing, but the main reason for our policy is that we are unable to resell the product as new once it has been returned. For safety and hygiene reasons, you would not want to receive a product for your baby that has potentially been used previously.

Additionally, there are significant costs involved in processing a refund, including PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip Pay fees, which we cannot waive. As a result, we do not offer refunds. Please ensure you make your selection carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which includes the right to a remedy if the product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise legally covered by a consumer guarantee.

Damaged & Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at hitwopeas@gmail.com. We will require you to send photographs of the damaged item, and if agreed upon, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please do not return damaged or faulty items before contacting us at hitwopeas@gmail.com.
