  • Warranty Claims

    To make a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase within the warranty period. The length of the warranty varies by product, so please refer to the product specifications for details.

    Return Costs

    As our products are flat-packed, the cost of returning an item for assessment, repair, or replacement will be your responsibility. Freight costs are typically minimal. For heavy items (such as extension ladders or built-in appliances), please refer to Consumer Law guidelines.

    Resolution Options

    If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will either repair, replace, or refund the product, at our discretion. We aim to assess your concern promptly and may request a photo or video to evaluate the issue without the need for return. If we cannot assess the problem from images, we may ask you to return the product.

    Consumer Law Rights

    Our manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantee in Consumer Law.

  • Quick delivery: We aim to despatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Standard processing is 3 - 4 business days once order is confirmed or fully paid in cleared funds.

    Delivery Method and Labelling: We use a combination of carriers and will ship with the best suited carrier for your order.

    Signature Required: All deliveries will require a signature unless specifically stated by you or if the delivery method does not require a signature for the delivery to be completed.

    Despatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched and a copy of your invoice will be emailed to you. A paper copy will no longer be sent with the order.

    Delivery Times: Delivery times vary according to courier service and current delivery time frames.
