Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes:
Orders will be dispatched within 4-5 business days after receiving cleared payment, but times may vary.

Tracking & Communication:
A tracking number will be sent via email with your invoice. Check your junk mail for tracking details.
Automated emails from couriers may not be accurate. The true delivery date will be sent by the company directly.
Authority to Leave (ATL):
All orders will have ATL if you're not home during delivery. It's recommended to be present as the company is not responsible for theft or weather-related damage post-delivery.
Delivery Restrictions:
No deliveries to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Boxes.
Freight companies may not deliver to apartment units directly but to the main reception area.
