  1. Tracking & Communication:

    • A tracking number will be sent via email with your invoice. Check your junk mail for tracking details.

    • Automated emails from couriers may not be accurate. The true delivery date will be sent by the company directly.

  2. Authority to Leave (ATL):

    • All orders will have ATL if you're not home during delivery. It's recommended to be present as the company is not responsible for theft or weather-related damage post-delivery.

  3. Delivery Restrictions:

    • No deliveries to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Boxes.

    • Freight companies may not deliver to apartment units directly but to the main reception area.
